Yes, Definitely! Insurance companies mandate a diagnosis which can may not fit your experience. Insurances oversee your health records, and may request access to your information. They also may limit your coverage to a set number of therapy sessions per year, regardless of what you're going through. When considering the implications of using insurance, paying out-of-pocket allows for more privacy while in therapy. If you have coverage with a different insurance, I can provide monthly superbills for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement for services rendered.

I offer 55 minute sessions.

My session fee is $150 for individual sessions, $250 for couples’ and family sessions and $25 per session for group (when available). I reserve a couple of reduce fee ($80-100) spots based on income for clients experiencing financial hardship.
